We serve as a news social network and online platform where you may post news, information, and other content for people to find and read. We connect people to relevant information, interesting content, and potential business opportunities.
Our Privacy Policy applies to all Members and Visitors.

Our registered users ("Members") share their professional identities, produce, and publish news or content, read pertinent content, communicate ideas and professional know-how, develop and enhance skills, receive noteworthy information, and discover information not previously known to someone.

We gather personal data that you voluntarily provide to us while registering on the platform. When you access our Services, certain information is automatically obtained, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device details.

Registration


We obtain personal data from you when you register with the Services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the features you use on our site.

The personal information we collect may include name, email, password, or/and phone number. If you want to sign up for a paid plan, you must provide payment and billing information (such as a credit card).

For a better overall experience with our Services, we strongly recommend you create a complete profile.

Profile

The information that appears on your profile is under your control, but some of the information we pull from "Sign in with Linkedin", or "Sign in with Google", including your name, email, photo, city, location, etc. In case you want to make changes to that, you should make them at the appropriate vendor. You are not obligated to fill out your profile with further details, but doing so will allow you to benefit more from our Services. It is up to you whether or not to include private information in your profile and make it available to the whole public.
Please refrain from including any sensitive information in your profile that you wouldn't want to be made public.

You provide us with additional data, i.e., by syncing your contact list or calendar.

Posting and Uploading Content

We get personal data from you when you edit, publish, comment, contribute, or upload it to our Services, such as when you fill out a form or respond to surveys, articles, news, or any content. If you opt to import, we will take information from your address book and calendar events if you sync your contacts or calendars with our Services. This will enable us to link you with people and give you information about events like dates, places, participants, contacts, and news. Data uploaded will help organize and distribute content on who, what, where, how, why, and where. As a result, you may develop and expand your knowledge and information network.


While it is not mandatory for you to post content or upload personal data,
 doing so may limit your chance to broaden and have your content found or interact with, throughout the community and/or our Services.

interestfull.com), everyone is free to publish content that contains information about others, including you (in the form of videos, posts, tiddlers, comments, blogs, and articles).  As part of our Services, we may also compile publicly accessible information about you, such as professional news and accomplishments, and make it available to others via alert notifications, as permitted by your privacy preferences.

You can report any content that others have published about you on our Services that you feel is inappropriate or untrue.

Contact and Calendar Data 

We collect your contact information and personal data when "Members" import or sync contacts or sync calendars with our Services, link their contacts to their profiles, scan and upload business cards, photos, videos, memos, and any other content, or send messages via our Services.

Information from Associates and Third Parties

We may collect and receive information about you (such as your email address, demographics, cookies, etc.) from our partners and affiliates when you use their services.

We may keep track of your conversations and notifications and give you follow-up reminders. We may track and score what information you consume.

We employ automated scanning technology to secure our website and monitor or remove content that violates our User Agreement or  Community Guidelines.

Our Services help people find your content and expertise. We allow Members to post their material on our platform. We may choose to transform, refine, and update user-submitted works and resources. We may use their content to produce an alternative version(s) of it and/or share it or summarize it in compliance with our site license.

We may process your information to send you details about our Services and security, updates to our terms and conditions, and other material of a similar nature. We also provide instructions on how to use our Services, network upgrades, reminders, recommendations, and promotional communications from us and our partners. You have the option to change your preferred settings at any time. Please remember that you cannot disable receiving service communications from us, including security and legal notices.

We use your data on and off of our Services to provide customized adverts to you. While we give you choices about tailored ads, you cannot prevent seeing other advertisements. We give advertisers data on the number and kinds of people who view and interact with their advertising. These data disclose the overall demographics and interests of those who interacted with an advertiser's ad. So, advertisers will have a better idea of their target market.

We evaluate the effectiveness (target) and performance of ads to Members, Visitors, and others, either directly or through several partners, using the following data, whether separately or combined:

You may see sponsored content advertisements that mimic non-sponsored content, except that they are labeled as advertising (e.g., as “ad” or “sponsored”). Your social activity ( (such as liking, commenting, or sharing) on such ads, is associated with your name and is visible to other people including the advertiser. Based on your privacy settings, if you take a social action on our Services, relevant ads may refer to that action. For example, if you "like" content, your name and photo may appear when their sponsored content is shown.

Publishers Of Audience Network

Our Audience Network lets ad providers place ads with us that will be published on applications outside of our Services. We share information with publishers that use our Audience Network, as well as with business partners who facilitate it, to help you see advertisements on their applications.
We share information such as the number of users who view and interact with ads on publisher applications and information related to or in response to a publisher's request to display an advertisement on its app.

However, unless you give permission, we don't provide information to these publishers and their business partners that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name or email address.

Ads Choices

We abide by self-regulatory principles for interest-based advertising and engage in industry opt-outs from such ads. This does not prevent you from getting advertisements; you will still see other ads from advertisers that aren't listed with these self-regulatory tools. You may also choose not to have us use certain kinds of data to provide you with more relevant ads. For Visitors, the setting is

Data to Advertisers

We do not provide personal data to any third-party advertisers or ad networks, except hashed IDs or device identifiers (to the extent they are personal data in some countries). data already visible to Visitors and Members (e.g., profile), or any data you permit(e.g., in lead generation or any forms). However, if a user chooses to see or click on an advertisement on or off our Services, the ad provider will be notified that someone visited the page where the ad was shown. Advertisers may link personal data taken directly from the user by the advertiser with hashed IDs or device identifiers obtained from us. We aim to legally obligate such advertising partners to first get consent in such cases.

Stance Regarding Unaffiliated Third Parties

We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with unaffiliated third parties through our services' advertisements or links.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from parties that are not affiliated with us and may link to other services, websites, or applications. Therefore, we offer no assurances about any such third parties, and we disclaim all responsibility for any loss or harm resulting from the use of any such third-party websites, services, or apps.

We advertise our Services per the user's settings and applicable laws. We use Members' information and content for invites and marketing messages, encouraging membership, and information network building.

  1. Research and Service Advancement

We may use personal information, including public feedback, for our business purposes, such as undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. We carry out research to advance our Services and provide Members with a better, more personalized experience to boost membership and involvement. In some instances, we conduct this research in collaboration with reliable third parties. We or the trusted third parties do not disclose your personal information; rather, we present the research as overall statistics.

We generate and disseminate insights from Members’ data without identifying anyone specifically. For instance, to determine impressions and clicks on viral content, to provide statistics on a certain niche, to determine ad impressions served or clicked on, to publish visitor demographics for a service, to offer insights into the demographics of the workforce, or to assemble data on our members' professions or industries.

We may process your data and communications to detect and potentially resolve the service difficulties our Members face.

We may use your data and communications to investigate suspicious activity, illegal conduct, and other breaches of our User Agreement. It is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services.

Depending on your privacy preferences, any data you give us, any content you upload and publish, or any interactions you have using our service (such as sharing, upvoting, commenting, editing, and so forth) will be visible to others.

Account Information

The information you put on your account is visible to others. Based on your privacy settings, it could also be made public on or off of our Services (e.g., Visitors or users of third-party search engines). People may view the information in your profile depending on your privacy choices, settings, memberships, paid services, and search strategies (e.g., by name or keyword).

Social Actions

Our Services allow Members to upload, view, and share information and to perform social actions including likes, comments, bookmarks, and follows.

Enterprise Accounts

Your employer may offer you access to our paid Services such as Company pages, Groups, Private pages, or our advertising Campaign Manager. Your employer can review and manage your use of such paid Services.

When you use paid plan tools and services (e.g., company page) certain of your data may also be made available to your employer or be connected with information we obtain from your employer to enable these services and tools.

  1. Services from Third Parties


Subject to your settings, your personal information will be made available to third-party services when you choose to link your account with them. In such stances, the sharing and use of personal data will be explained in, or linked to, a permission screen. You may connect your social media accounts to share material from our Services onto these platforms. Likewise, any other service provider might let you import your content onto its own platform. Third-party services have their own privacy rules, and by using them, you may be granting them permission to use your data in ways we wouldn't.  

Certain parts of your profile may show up on others’ services based on your settings (e.g., search engine results, mail and calendar applications that show user-limited data of the person they are meeting, or messaging social media aggregators, content, and articles). Until these services update their data cache with your profile or content changes, "old" information will still be available on them.

Delete Specific Information


We offer options that you may use to remove specific data. For instance, you may erase content that you've uploaded to your account using the Delete buttons. When you delete something, other people can no longer see it.

Account Closing

We retain some of your data even after you close your account.

If you choose to close your account, your personal information will typically no longer be accessible to other users of our Services within 24 hours. We typically delete information from closed accounts within 90 days of account closure, with the exception of the cases stated below.

We keep your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably required to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), adhere to regulatory requirements, settle disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., if we have restricted your account due to a violation of our policies), enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from receiving further messages from us. After your account is closed, we will keep de-personalized information.

Any information you have shared with others (for example, through messages, posts, news, updates, or community posts) will still be accessible after you close your account or delete the information from your own profile or messages. Any data that other Members have taken from our services and copied is not under our control. Any content from closed accounts will have an unknown user listed as the source. Your profile may still be visible in the services of others (e.g., search engine results) until they refresh their cache.

We implement security protocols like HTTPS that are intended to safeguard your data. We keep monitoring our systems for threats and vulnerabilities. There is no assurance that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a violation of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards.

Partners: Partners include advertisers, ad networks, exchanges, and others

Consent: Where we process data based on consent, we will request your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but that will have no impact on the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal. Where we rely on a contract, we shall request that you agree to the processing of personal information that is required for entering into or performing your contract with us. We will rely on legitimate interests as the legal justification when processing your data is not conflicted by your interests or basic rights and freedoms.
